Detailed History
Mr. Manuel C. Clark, husband of Broadway Beauty Parlor's Mrs. Emma Clark, ran this barber shop. It was destroyed and replaced by a parking lot as part of a series of urban renewal initiatives in the early 70s. The current Spring Street parking garage was built in 2003 to replace that lot.
